lyrics
My stipe you’ll make at home
Til your mouth my seed will foam
Feast of fleeting wealth and know
You are but one upon a row
Knots unknown pulse through vein
To thirst of shame upon arraign
Bless the body, start Shibari
Bleed restriction unto thee
Chain! To the crossbar goes the caste
Bleed! Through the wrist the flesh held fast
Devoted to the tension
Your hope and joy debase
Com now get your taste
Long live new flesh
psilocin...
Knots unknown pulse
through vein
To thirst of shame upon arraign
Bless the body, start Shibari
Bleed restriction unto thee
Chain! To the crossbar goes the caste
Bleed! Through the wrist the flesh held fast
Devoted to the tension
Your hope and joy debase
Come now get your taste
Wraith of shadows
Pulse of gallows
Vacillation snaps the straight
Death to those that imitate
Solo: Adam
Knots unknown pulse through vein
To thirst of shame upon arraign
Bless the body, start Shibari
Bleed restriction unto thee
Chain! To the crossbar goes the caste
Bleed! Through the wrist the flesh held fast
Devoted to the tension
Your hope and joy debase
Come, now taste

Californian quartet defining themselves as Sci-Fi black metal, maybe due to cosmic and interstellar topics, sounding like blackened death metal too ("The Maw"). It's a well-balanced melodic black metal album, with some fast-paced tracks and nice rhythmic transitions reminding me of Swiss band Celtic Frost (e.g. Terminal Odyssey). In other words not overly dominated by drum speed and also not sounding as extreme or as raw as some BM can be. sachavonkarl74
